Another great workout today. Was pretty chewed when I started the workout, but around the 28min 04sec mark I started to come around.
I used 3lbs weights today while doing the reverse grip tricep kickback movement. 5lbs was just too much.
Normally with all the other movements (when not requiring lighter weights) 10lbs feels almost too easy (time to upgrade). My body today is STILL feeling the after quake of my first COMPLETE chest and back workout ..lol. I love it!
Chair dips – completed a total of 2 movements for the first time today. My wrists were too tweaky. I need to find another movement to do while Tony and friends are doing this movement.
That aside….
3 consecutive workouts in since returning from the east coast! I love it!
