Workout today was WICKEDLY A W E S O M E!!!
I completed 3 FULL Dreya Roll. I as completely stoked about this. In the past I would only be able to get my butt up off the ground so far then I’d fall back down. But today…Today was different! I fell in my first attempt at getting up, then I hammered back at it. The outcome today was 3 full rolls. Next time I will aim for 10! I know I have it in me!
Yoga today was hard on the wrists. I stopped that almost before I started. I’m going to look into getting joint support supps. I’ve got the steam and the drive; I don’t want to lose it due to injuries!
