The Subway Diet
June 1, 2009Ok, we have all seen Jared on T.V. and about how he lost all this enormous amount of body weight. So, let’s just say this guy is for real and the Subway diet really does work!
When I go to Subway (4-5 days out of the week), I usually make sure what I get on the sub complies with my diet. Every little item counts, so here’s what I get:
The Bread - Either honey oat or wheat
Tuna or chicken breast
ALL THE VEGGIES!!!
NO mayo
NO cheese
But here’s the secret….. you know how they usually cut the sandwich in HALF?? Well, I turn that sub into 4 meals by having them cut it into quarters. I then provide my own fruit to go along with each meal… so now I have 4 pre-made meals all for only $5!!!!!
Subway has been a blessing. Try it out. You will find it works wonders.
