my latest goals
Well, for the past few weeks i have been checking out my flaws. how i need to equal out some here and some there. And, what my weak spots are. So far, my latest goals are to be on my shoulders, back, arms and calfs. I need size in my Traps and delts. not to mention my lats. But, no matter how hard i seem to try they dont gain much mass. my new goal is toget my arms from 14.3 to about 16" for my others i dont really now how big i want them so far but im lookin to gain some mass im soo tired of being so dang small people underestimate me wayy to easy. and im looking to change that. LETS DO THIS!!!
