Well, for the past few weeks i have been checking out my flaws. how i need to equal out some here and some there. And, what my weak spots are. So far, my latest goals are to be on my shoulders, back, arms and calfs. I need size in my Traps and delts. not to mention my lats. But, no matter how hard i seem to try they dont gain much mass. my new goal is toget my arms from 14.3 to about 16" for my others i dont really now how big i want them so far but im lookin to gain some mass im soo tired of being so dang small people underestimate me wayy to easy. and im looking to change that. LETS DO THIS!!!

their not really my favorite exersise anymore but,, i still have the school record for them 9th and 10th grade so far i dont know about 11th but i leg presses 945 pounds and for my weight and size is amazing. well im just really proud of myself and i just keep wondering can i do better? well wait a couple weeks and well see my improvements

ITS BEEN EIGHT AND A HALF WEEKS SINCE MY TRAINING HAS STARTED, EVERYDAY GETS MORE AND MORE CHALLENGING. THE FIRST WEEK I COULDNT BENCH 100 POUNDS I COULDNT SQUAT 150 NOW EIGHT WEEKS LATER IM BENCHING 225 SQUATING 285 LEG PRESSING 650, EVERYDAY I BECOME MORE AMAZED AT WHAT IVE ACOMPLISHED IN SO LITTLE TIME, WITH NO SUPLLEMENTS NOTHING BUT A GOOD DIET AND WANT, THE WANT TO PROVE EVERYONE AND MYSELF I CAN DO WHATEVER I PUT MY MIND TO, SOME PEOPLE THINK IM CRAZY PUSHING IT ONE MORE REP WHEN I ALMOST COULDNT GET THE BAR UP, WHEN I SPENT 4 HOURS A DAY FIVE DAYS A WEEK IN THE HOT SWEATY GYM, WHY BECAUSE OF THE FEELING I GET WHEN I LOOK BACK AT WHAT I WAS AND WHAT I AM NOW, WHAT I WILL BE IN THE FUTURE ITS AMAZING -RYAN-
