July - Time to Do It

So last August, when I weighed 285, I made a bet with a friends dad that by Christmas Eve 2007 I could weighin at 210 lbs. Everyone thought that I was crazy and that my goal was impossible… today I weigh 215 pounds and I am SOOO close… but here’s the problem- I have been plateauing lately because of all the protein, carbs, etc. needed for muscle growth. SO I have decided that for the month of July this will be my STRICT workout regimen so that I can win the bet once and for all.

Monday:

Back & Biceps

30 minutes of HARD cardio*

 

Tuesday:

Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders

30 minutes of Abs

 

Wednesday:

Rest

Weigh-in

 

Thursday:

Hamstrings, Quads, Calves

30 minutes of light cardio**

15 minutes of Abs

 

Friday:

Biceps & Back

30 minutes of HARD cardio*

 

Saturday:

Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders

30 minutes of Abs

 

Sunday:

Hamstrings, Quads, Calves

30 minutes of Cardio**

15 minutes of Abs

 

* = first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

** = light & easy post-workout

 

As for eating, I’ll try and get around 300 g of protein and 2,000 calories per day. I can’t wait until August 1st to see what I’ve turned into. Pictures to come…

Maximum Workout Supplementation

This is what I do if I want a KILLER workout:

30 minutes before lifting:

Green Tea Extract

L-Carnitine

 

Immediately before workout:

6 Leukic Pills

1 Worldwide Nutrition ThermoRush Drink

 

PostWorkout:

2 scoops Strawberry NitroTech

1 scoop powdered gatorade
