Got back to it last week, hit a full six day split with the game on saturday. Things are going well, strengh is definetly up as I’m inclining 95s for 10 reps much easier than before.
Deadlifts, man I am falling in love with thee. I love ending with a set of 25-30 reps of 245, talk about pain then next day. Still postponing much of quad and ham work due to my right knee. I miss the squat though. Chondromalacia is what I think it is called. I got a strap that is supposedly for improving knee tracking, I hope it works out. I also got some Chondritin and Glucosamine, hopefully that will help with my wrists which are both only around 60%.
I love the straps, they make everything better. A real goal for me is to start doing pull ups with weight strapped, Troy Avles style! Its getting colder outside, winter is for growth! I need to post some new pics. The new workout is definetly shredding me up like ginsu.
