Rest day……kinda. Got boged down in college work! Hate when that happens. Its half 8 and im thinking of going for a swim…..maybe. Gym tomorrow tho. Arms, traps and back, the moneymakers.
Chest and Sholders. Really tried to lift the heavy stuff today. Had a really god workout, i went in to the gym with a diff mental approach! HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY!!! Totally paid off! I feel sore! Dinner time! Arms and back 2moro….
Started a new cardio session today! Took 1 hour and im so freekin tired its not even funny. Gota get in serious shape for the summer! Im gona beĀ eating right, swimming and in the gym at least once a day!….still so tired tho!
