Sleep Deprivation

The week of final exams has been tough for me so far and we’re only two days in. I crashed today after my morning exam because I hadn’t slept for the past 2 1/2 days. I ate before my exam, before going to sleep,and after waking up. Then I went back to sleep and woke up to eat again. I missed a workout today but I felt like I had to listen to my body this time and get some much needed rest.

    take off for finals… lol. No way around it unless you got like easy classes.

    Get GOOD meals in and sleep as much as possible.
