Energy

I have NO energy…help….all of a sudden I lost all my energy, its like I hit a wall…I have been working out for the last 2.5 months 6 days a week, I am not giving it a 100% but I am trying…my diet was great for about 3 weeks, then I started going out more often. I usually don’t take any energy supplements, but I started to about 2 weeks ago, and I am not sure if that is why I feel this way….any suggestions?

    Take 2 days off per week and cycle your energy supplement (i.e. don’t take any on the weekends). Hope this helps.–BB

    Sounds like maybe you either not getting enough carbs, sleep or the something else in your diet. I have never had any bad experiences with energy drinks. An energy drink to me is No explode, No Shotgun or Superpump 250. Not Red bulls and Rockstars

    I would first ask what has the weather been like where you live (how much sunshine have you seen). I live in Georgia but have been traveling to Princeton New Jersey a lot in the last few months and the lack of sunshine totally drained me. I would also think about maybe something like NO-explode….works great for me for giving me that kick in the pants…

    I would look into a pre-workout supplement, i personally like Animal Pump. Also what nutrition are you getting post-workout? you need something with protein and some simple carbs…

    just keep going to the gym 6 dys is great if you are working 1 bodypart each day thats how I train it works for me. Try and memorize your moves for each bodypart and stick to them exactl to their order hardest one being first of course. Change your music in your mp3 player its like a new spark plug. try to go each day at the same time during the week on your rest day be conscience of your diet like every other day. I take 8 healthy pumps of liquid egg whites intl. with 2 scoops of Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro before I head into town it will keep you going for 4 good hrs. Try and turn your lifestyle more towards bodybuilding which does not include going out for food and alcohol. Believe me meeting guys that are eating like shit an smoking will make you seek out the athletic ones real quick and we are out in the day more so at night we’re in bed maybe not sleeping though LOL. hope this all made sence. Dont be affraid of ephedrine http://www.biotekpharm.com/ make an account and have it shiped to your house use it whenever you want. Its not harsh like clenbuterol or Stanozolol so you have nothing to worry about for goodness sakes. i train 6 days per week 2.5 hrs per day 10 years now never miss even if it falls on xmas eve LOL only time i wont go is if im sick. Start taking ribose, and antioxidents a multi too if you’re not already. my sups are displayed on my bodyspace a feamle BB turned me on to many of them. try prepping your meals for the week on your sunday . contact me for some recepies I think you’ll like what i have for you. good luck. by the way im in nocal and chics who hit the free weights are the only ones I pay attention to in the gym =D
