					<description>The success to a diluted juice fast is no different than eating 5-6 small meals a day.

The trick is to keep the fluid flowing in, in regular increments.  It fools the stomach into thinking it's being fed.</description>

					<description>fasting is actually pretty easy for me...as long as I'm able to manage my routine.  It gets much harder when other factors are thrown in the mix!!</description>

					<description>Well....I made it through the week....almost.

I find the routine of the work week aids in keeping me focused on a fast...except this last week!  My office had way too much junk food, desserts...and even very tasty food.  Not condusive towards staying focused on a fast...:(    So, I ended up cutting it short by a couple days....in general, I'm very pleased with my results and will now hit my strict clean eating regime starting Monday.  One week of October left and I want to make it really count...74 more days until Hawaii....:)</description>

					<description>Glad to hear it. Muscle weighs more so as you increase the muscle mass you will have changes is inches and clothes sizes though the scale will not be  a good measure of progress. I loved to hear the positive tone in your post. Good luck and take care.</description>

					<description>good job girl wow that is a lot of cardio .. i am so impressed with you.. my scale never moves either in years so i dont worry to much.. i have a philosphy if i dont gain a certain amount its all good..who wants to fluctuate up and down anyways ...and that the clothes dont fit is awesome..keep at it ...will be cheering you on...</description>
