First day on new supplements.
Thursday, February 19th, 2009Today was the first time i started my supplement intake. I have been working out with a few supplements at a give time over the past 3 years. A few days ago i decided to order a BodyBuilding.com recommended stack also known as the Hardcore Muscle building Stack. This stack included NaNo Vaper, Animal Pak, t-bomb, purple wrath, freak fix muscle whey, and peptide 2.0.
From start to finish in a day:
In the morning, i took T-bomb and Animal Pak. For some reason, it completely did not agree with my stomach at all. will look into that on a later date.
Before my work out, i took 2.5 scoops of NaNo Vapor. Great supplement. I felt the rush and push i needed for the workout today. No complaints …
During the workout, i took purple wrath. This product, i honestly didnt feel much from. But then again, it could just be that its the first day.
After the workout, i took 2 scoops of the Muscle Whey. When taking this, i decided to mix it with skim milk. The milk alone added 20g or protein in addition to what the Muscle whey has. It also made this shake easier to take in. I added a rice crispy treat while taking the shake.
So far in the 4 hours i have been awake today, i have felt a rush and a sickness. though that could just be a mix of the morning supplements and my breakfast. I will let you know about that on a later note.
The last supplement intake today will be T-Bomb in the evening and Peptide 2.0 before bed.
