Finally making some gains!
November 21, 2009Its finally happened…..
After loosing all the bodyweight and shrinking I’m starting to make some respectable muscle gain. Since the beginning of the summer I changed my programme to a 5 day split and put in a lot of work. I have also upped my protein and added creatine pre and post workout. One inch on my legs, one on my chest and one on my calves, I’m thrilled! I’m still loosing fat and have a fair way to go….but I know my gains are lean muscle and not FAT! I have also just started taking fish oil again which I think has helped turn the corner. I will continue to mix my workouts between volume and strength training…lets see where it takes me…..I need to keep loosing body fat or I won’t be able to see my hard work!
