My Weight Came Back :(
Sunday, July 15th, 2007I weigh myself every Monday Morning after my cardio routine and from last weigh-in of 244.4lbs (09July07), and after I weighed myself this morning (16July07) my weight is 249.2lbs. I am a little bothered by this event for I have been watching my food intake and working out with just 5% more in weight lifiting and eating mainly only protien. But now a week has gone by and I have seen improvement with my definition but the wieght is what concerns me in the long run. I need to keep my weight under 250lbs for the sake of my profession and I am looking for ideas on what is happening. Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.
