My Weight Came Back :(
I weigh myself every Monday Morning after my cardio routine and from last weigh-in of 244.4lbs (09July07), and after I weighed myself this morning (16July07) my weight is 249.2lbs. I am a little bothered by this event for I have been watching my food intake and working out with just 5% more in weight lifiting and eating mainly only protien. But now a week has gone by and I have seen improvement with my definition but the wieght is what concerns me in the long run. I need to keep my weight under 250lbs for the sake of my profession and I am looking for ideas on what is happening. Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

It’s allright man, just tuck the lil setbacks away in the back of your head and use them to fuel your workouts! As long as you keep pressing forward and don’t let the lil things get you down you’ll reach your goals! Lookin’ good so far bro! Keep up the good work!
