Beating the heat
If I’m going to survive the Aids life cycle next year I’ve got to get my lungs ready for the heat. It’s only 93 degrees and I’m having trouble breathing after mile 5. That is just not going to do! I need to be able to do a century across the Devils *******….. also known ass the central valley in ****ing June!…… holy **** it’s hot there!
For those of you that do not know about the central valley heres what you do, turn your oven on preheat, wait 20 mins then stick your head in it, thats roughly what it’s like during summer there.
