Tuesday - Hamstrings and Calves + 60′ Cardio PWO
Wednesday - 45′ Cardio AM
Thursday - Arms + 60′ Cardio PWO
Friday - 45′ Cardio AM + Shoulders & Traps PM
Saturday - Quads and Abs + 60′ Cardio PWO
On 45′ days I do eliptical, for 60′ I do treadmill and eliptical 30′ each
