Well I finally did it. I won an overall and earned a Pro Card. It was the first time I have competed in the NGA. I was very impressed with the promoter and the organization as a whole. The competitors were great and the show had a huge turnout. I am excited to have finally accomplished my goal. My next goal is to prepare for the USBF Plattsburgh Pro-Am and to compete as a PRO.

Well I took some progress pictures today. I am 4 days out from my first show this spring. I am satisfied for now, but would like to see my legs get a little more diced up. I would like to continue dieting up to May 31 st and compete in my hometown ripped to the bone. I will have to see if I can keep it together that long.
