13 days until my first show. Anticipation is killing me. Have I made the necessary improvements to finally win an overall. I can only hope. Diet isn’t getting any easier and I am restless. Cant wait to get the first show out of the way..

Show is closing in. My weight has not moved in the past two weeks. I am going to pick it up a notch the next two weeks and then hopefully slowdown a bit the week before the show. I am very happy with the way things are coming together. I have also bee able to keep much of my strength which is different then past years.
