You definitely look great. Most females do not mess with the creatine, but I am glad to see you are not afraid of that. It is naturally in your body, but you just can't get enough of it in red meat, etc. Supplementing with it simply puts on MUSCLE!! When are you competing? I will be doing a couple of shows next year (after doing only one this year).

Thank you all. Have to admit: havent really gotten really negative feedback yet!!! Of course, I still have have a lot more muscle to gain..... I know other females get comments and I just dont get it. People worry too much about the body. The way a face looks (particularly from being too lean), breast size, curves etc. It doesnt matter. Its the soul of a person that matters, but few people get this.

I also believe that the use of ergogenic drugs is widespread. So, when a person talks about it- its like nothing (maybe worthy of a shoulder shrug). I guess, to each their own, but its not for me. Too many physical negatives from it.

Well, wanted to wait a little longer before responding! Did reach 125, but should have been specific (get to 125 and stay there lol). Did make the squat. I will graduate in Dec with the Masters. No job yet. In fact, even with a masters, its going to be hard to impossible to find a job. And thus far, havent found anyone to go to a UCF game with me. But, otherwise-its all good, thanks for asking!

Don't let the naysayers get to you. In my opinion, muscle is WAY sexier than adipose tissue. And I suspect that the folks who are making disparaging comments about muscular women have issues with either their own sense of self-worth, or feelings of hostility toward women in general. Keep on doing what you're doing. You'll have the last laugh in the end.

I also don't understand why people say that a woman with muscles looks manly. There does seem to be a general cultural consensus on the so-called manliness of muscular women. But as women, we are still tiny and still have curves! We just have visible muscles! Keep lifting heavy, girl! You look great!

I love to see people healthy, and I'd agree that means having a muscular build. Men have more testosterone and women have more estrogen, along with the number of fat cells. Men should be a little leaner, and more muscular than women by nature. But women should have visible muscle and should not be rail thin with no muscles at all ie. fashion models. So keep working hard, and I'd never say muscle makes you a Man or Manly. Any way so what, the world is twisted, and natural things are often view wrong these days!

All valid points, but at the end of the day, your lil tattered spiral notebook (friend picked up a great simple one @ V-shoppe) is the best guide. Experiment with one variable changed for a month, compare, rethink, repeat.

I can't wait till I have a stack of 'em to organize based on supplement and training. I'm my own fav biology experiment!!!
Anyhoo, great article! Plenty of material for more questions and other thoughts! (which is the point really)

My only single caveat: Aren't you technically describing "The Pump?!" ("It's like I'm coming evee-vair" -Arnold)

Also, ur concern for creatinine production, um, no. Reactions and conversions produce 'waste.' Stop the conversion to waste and you stop the conversion of ATP to fuel the fibers in the first place, yes? NOOOO!!!!
