muscle and femininity

So, what am I going for? Well. Just for clarification purposes: I would like to have the natural bodybuilder look. That means I need to be about 125-130. So, a long way to go. I know that disappoints a lot of people who want me to stay muscular and lean. I really admire Gina davis. The phrase on her page is: “I am a walking contradiction…very muscular, yet very girly at the same time.” I am the SAME way. Go to her blog and see some of her pictures (http://www.ginadavis.us/blog/blogger.html). Totally ripped and totally FEMININE in her pics. Im serious. She looks great.  It’s hard to pull off, but it can be done. I will say that I have not gotten any negative comments bodybuilding wise. I have gotten, however, many guys say something like this: You are in great shape. Now you just need to maintain or else you could get really big. When you see things that way, you really are not seeing the soul of a female. As far as updates go: I need to weigh myself again, I could be over 112. I would like to leg press 500 by the next few workouts. I really do lift heavy in the gym. My motto is the good old one: go heavy or go home. Hope you all have a great Christmas!!

I actually think Ronnie’s is quite possibly the best: "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, don’t nobody wanna move no heavy-ass weight." As for feminine and muscular…the fact is this, as long as you stay natural, your feminine appeal will remain consistent. It’s when the chemicals are added, that the feminine allure is lost. Personally, I think you are spot on….keep up the great work…please!

As far as I’m concerned, ain’t noth’in wrong with what your doing or where your going. Like dude above said, keep’in it natural is the keep to keep’in it feminie. I’ve always been one to advicate pushing your genetics to the limit.
Keep’in fit and healthy is a beautiful thing, but pushing on when others quit in that relentless pursuit for that body you know you can build if you just keep at it, now that is beauty beyond description. Only the most difficult struggles in life can product a true beauty that penetrates to the core.
So rock on, your growth and gains have been coming very quickly as of late which is totally awesome, I hope they continue for you, but I know you won’t quite even when progress is moving slower then molasses in the winter.
Hope you had a great Christmas

You’ve picked a great role model. Never mind the naysayers and those who simply do not understand. Keep your eye on the goal and go for it with heart and determination.

I must say you have the right attitude to do whatever it is you want. You did pick a very good role model which is nice to have! Your new avatar is very nice as well. It seems the progress keeps coming! Good luck in 08!

Skinny to diesel and all bodyfat percentages in between, sex appeal comes in all shapes, sizes, and body types. Set your goals and lift for you. Let the haters stew in their own discontent. Fwiw, you have a fantastic body and will only look even MORE fantastic with those added pounds of muscle you’re shooting for, Nicole.

I just checked out Gina’s page and gotta say she is gorgeous. Tons of muscle, obviously, and, yes, absolutely beautiful.

One probably really stupid thing to add, however. Implants - which I’m guessing she has had - are a woman’s choice. More power to anyone who has cosmetic surgery. I actually had a nose job about 25 years ago, so I’m not criticizing, especially. I do want to cast my vote (in general) for natural and small versus surgically enhanced so far as breasts go.

Otoh, I’ve seen some women who look fantastic after the surgery, so… to each her own, I guess. Uh… wait, what I mean was: "How’s the weather?"

You must really stay away from that bad energy. You are not even 115 and they are worried that you will gain weight. Bieing natural and female, means that you are not going to make huge weight gains (muscular) overnight. I think those guys are jealous. Keep doing what you do. i think that women that work out are sexy. you have great motivation, drive and ambition. You are already very lean and all you have to do is gain a little muscle. You are way ahead of the game. We all lose cuts are we get bigger, but you can limit the amount you put on by keeping up with cardio and eating clean foods. Please keep those abs of yours- I think a set of abs on a women is the epitome of sexy. enjoy 2008.

All of what people have said before me, and more. Muscle and femininity and beauty are all possible in the SAME package, and some achieve that. You will do the same. Become something that makes YOU happy, because that’s all that matters with things like this. (And whatever guy lucky enough to interest you will think you are the most amazing gorgeous creature he knows!)
