Wednesday, I made 320 leg press. My goal is to make 400 by end of Dec. I am not even struggling with the 320. I surprise myself with my strength. I really have strong quads. For someone 5′2, I think thats pretty good. I am doing smith machine squats to the floor now, lol. So, I am trying to rip those glutes! Might start doing arms twice a week (for a couple weeks) to gain more muscle there. Ill decide before next Tues. Weighed myself yesterday and I am over 109. 15 pds since beg of april! My other goal is to be 115 before the end of the year. Something tells me, though, that will be reached without a problem. I really dont have any "near" competition plans. I just want to be in tremendous shape. I am always seeking to improve my physique: More muscle, lower body fat. 5 people within the last 7 days noticed my physique at the gym, came up to me, and said something. SHEESH. What a week. Not one word was taken for granted! It just totally makes it all worth it. I think the updated nutrition plan is working. Cardio is still only on cheat days/ or Sat. Sat is usually my cheat day as I have a breakfast sandwhich (Though i do use fat free cheese, wheat bread and turkey bacon). I think you should continue to see great gains in upcoming pics. Ok, off to make shake, gym, and then thesis work. Sounds like an exciting Friday huh? God Bless

Have you tried doing squats with freeweights in a power cage instead of on the Smith machine? It’s a lot more challenging but you’ll probably see better results.
You have a great physique, very nice!

Just read your blog, chick. Some things you brought up are really interesting! Like the whole chicks with muscle thing - yeah, I got the "I like you better curvy". I never liked myself curvy, or even how I am now; too much fat; not enough definition. But it’s not what other people like that makes us happy, is it. Glad you’re doing it for you. And yeah, it’s hard work and dedication. Nice to see another female out there who’s loving the gym and the results too. Next year I will bulk and see where I end up. But great job you have done so far. You’ve really inspired me!!!

Congrats on the leg press Romantic! That’s a hell of a lift but frankly, based on your squats and other lifts, I think you’ll not only hit 400 but prob 600 soon!! I love your progress and your overall goal of being really strong and cut and also feminine. Speaking of which (and I just asked another petite bodyspacer this too), would you mind putting some lifting pics up where you’re squatting or leg pressing heavy? My g.f is petite (also 5′2) and naturally pretty strong but is afraid of lifting too heavy because she only sees the huge bodybuilders doing that. I showed her your pics and physique and she loved that but was a bit skeptical that you really lift that much weight. I have no idea why. Anyway, if you could put up a picture or video, you’d be an inspiration and probably not just for her… Would also love to see a non muscle pic where you look all girly and cute. Thanks!!
