What motivates me?

Well,people are emailing me EVERYWHERE asking what motivates me. I think they see the progress I am making in so short a time period, and want to know what keeps me focused. Ok, well first off I have to say: I probably have more free time than the average person. I am in graduate school and only have the thesis left. I also am not married/have children/in a relationship, nor do I have a job right now. With that said, however, I dont spend hours working out a day. I usually devote my nights to exercise. Abs and then 1 hr and 15 min at the gym. I guess I stay motivated because I feel like fitness is the only thing "I" can control. Im (BARELY) improving with the thesis but im not the best writer, I cant make a job appear out of no where, Ive never been able to make the people I like- like me/love me-date. So, its fitness. Its knowing that when I step into the gym, I can mold my body the way i want it and not be dissapointed. One time I was doing the preacher curl and a guy stepped back and was like "Wow, you are really ripped. You are pushing me to work out harder."  Its just stuff like that. I go home, I see results. That motivates me the next night. Seeing my weight increase is a big factor along with coming here every day. I am probably going for a more muscular look then most females want, but its great to inspire people! I also want to add to the men that go to the gym……. maybe  other females look great working out….. I dont. One day I left my earrings in when I went to the gym and the amount of reactions I got was crazy! One guy waved to me, one guy asked for my number etc. So, please keep that in mind if you are looking for a future gf- some peeps dont always have that ‘feminine’ look at the gym. Had to go to the supermarket to pick up a few things. I needed to weigh myself again. Its been a while. I am now 104!!!!! I was so happy, I think there was a smile on my face from one side of the store to the other! The guy who used the scale after me asked if I gained any. I was like "Yup, I gained two pds(eh a little more as I was a little less than 102). Hes like "Hey, 2 pds is 2 pds." I am posting a lot of pics because I am currently in the second week of eating clean. Ive really been watching my cheat meals, since ive been trying to gain weight. Like other blogs said, I think its due, in part, to the Celltech and nitrotech. I just have noticed major gains in the last few weeks since I have been on both of them. Expensive, but worth it, for me, for the moment. Tonight is legs, I am psyched! Going for 270 v squat.

I have been noticing a lot of recent gains. I should have logged everything but the best I can come up with is my switch to nitrotech. I recently tried the Vapor and love it! Its almost just like no explode except the no wait time. I did legs: 255 v squat and 270 leg press and its like I keep increasing with no problem. Actually, I noticed it tonight as I finally increased on the leg curl and I had been on a certain weight for a while. I think i was at 50 but increased to the next tonight (vapor!?!?). I mean my diet has been mostly where I want it. I still am going crazy with the almonds. I mean salted almonds are really like pringles "Once you pop you cant stop." And I am getting my fats from the nuts. So, eating way more than I should is not good! I am getting major food urges recently. I finished a meal earlier and was very hungry still. Im not used to my metabolism being THIS fast.

I have a confession to make. Somehow pressed 100 when I first joined. When I joined here I was actually 94 pds. I cant speak for all females (petite ones) but that wasnt good for me. I am now ‘almost’ 102. So, I have gained almost 8 pds of muscle. My around the corner goal weight is 105.

Ok, i am gonna tackle a few issues here. I actually dont write this many blogs but I am getting all the important ones out. First, whats with the stalking feature? I guess I see myself connected to everyone, and feel I can learn from everyone (unless they are just here to create a blank profile). Everyone has their own reason, but come on?

Here is the big one. Age…. haha. Ok, well, first off. It shouldnt matter. It doesnt matter fitness wise and it really doesnt matter relationship wise. Most of the people I have dated/liked were MUCH older than me.  I think its AWESOME people who are a little older stay in shape and look great! Its not a competition? I think people make it out to be one but it isnt unless you are on stage……There was an oprah I saw one time, and they showed this 70 year old women who did Yoga/pilates most of her life etc. Now, she had great genetics but I swear she looked like she was in her 30s! No exaggeration! She looked awesome. So much so, she was getting hit on by 30 yr old men. Of course she is going to look better than someone my age that never works out lol?  What matters in life/fitness/ or relationships is the mentality or what people share in common.  

Supplements: They can only go so far. People say: Well, look how many you take; anyone can get ripped that way. Honestly, they work (or i wouldnt be taking them), but you cant build muscle unless you work out. Its impossible. I can honestly say that with a perfect diet, the right amout of protein, etc, you would still see a lot of muscle you see on my body. It doesnt "come" from the supplements. That comes from lifting HEAVY WEIGHTS consistently. I ‘pretty much’ got the same way in hs, and i was taking no supplements at that time (of course, I held back once I got to a point because I thought too much muscle was not sexy).

Ok. So, changed my short term goal. I Kind of want my legs to catch up to the rest of my body. So, I am focusing on that right now. Today/ tonight looks like a cheat meal, so I am going to do a cardio session at the gym. A few males and females who see me there consistently are starting to talk to me now. I came in one night like 45 minutes late and a guy was like "Youre late, I am already done!" My V squat is now 220, and I am also doing hack squats (should have done that before now). Dinner at my house can be quite unhealthy! So, the change in my abs has been due to changing that meal to a chicken breast and egg whites (usually a small salad too). A couple times this week I didnt feel like working out. Then i reminded myself of my recent progress, and some of the people here, and I somehow got the energy to do it. It has been a little hectic recently with our house being remodeled. They are here most days, so its a little crazy. One guy was asking me how far i wanted to go with this bb thing. Hes like "You dont want to be one of those girls with ripped abs like a male do you? I slowly showed him my stomach "abs kinda like this" and hes like "Well, yea, you are getting there." I dont care. To each their own. I am happy. Yes, I am single. Guess you could say-not really looking. I believe in true love and romance and just am not in a place to be in a relationship. So, I am just working on my thesis and this love of fitness! I hope to soon take my personal training test. Ok, off to work out!
