Blog Entry
Happy Memorial day all. So, this blog will touch on my progress. My diet, since I have started, has made some major changes but I am still cheating more than I would like. I will say that I probably have good genetics which is why I gained so quickly. I actually seem to build muscle fairly easily. When I joined, I used Hot rox extreme. It worked pretty well. When that ran out I wanted to try either Hydroxycut Hardcore or Lipo6x. I had heard great things from both. I had tried the first Hydroxycut years ago, but it didn’t do that much for me, so I was a little hesitant. I chose to try the new one. So, for the last couple weeks that’s what I used (following directions). I think I definitely noticed more gains with it. I’ve updated my supplements section. I also take an omega three fish oil pill.
Yes, I am doing at least 1000 crunches a day along with other ab exercises. Some days more crunches, few days a little less. I don’t work out on Sunday, but will do the 1000 crunches before Church. Last week was great for me. I worked out every day. My next goal will be glutes. I am actually not as far behind on that, but like everything else- want each body part to be the best possible. I have had some depression this mth, and I have tried to channel it through exercise. So, that’s a good thing! I also am going to go weigh myself near Publix to give an “accurate” weight number. Ok, that’s it for now

You do 1000 crunches all at once? I saw the multiple exercise. Just wondering how much time you give in rest periods. I wish I could do that many. You kinda gave me a goal now
Your abs are great looking.
