New Year

Hello everyone.  I haven’t been online much.  During Christmas we found out that my son has PDD-NOS, which is a form of autism.  He also has ADHD and OCD.  It’s tough enough having just one but all three.  If you know what these are, you can see why I haven’t been on much.  I am lifting but alot of time is spent with helping my son.  It’s like having a 2nd full time job.

I have gotten some new equipment so I hope to be doing better this year.  I will try to update everyone as much as I can and as often as I can.  I won’t promise any pictures because I just don’t know when I will be able to take any. 

I hope everyone does better this coming year and will be checking in as often as I can.

Hello

It is just about the end of the year.  I have lifted for about 3 to 5 months with a little bit of results.  I will be taking two weeks off due to having some "minor" surgery.  I will be out of commission for those two weeks.  I need to work on my diet really hard during those two weeks.  I have increased my veggie intake and decreased the starches.  I would love to hear any input from anyone on this subject.  I really need someone to point out to me and possibly even creating a diet plan or at least an out line with prefered foods.

 

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Years.

I haven’t written much or posted much on here.  I have been extremely busy with work and I have been just maintaining my workouts.  I have been doing exercises with fairly light weights but decreasing rest time between sets.  My diet has not gone too well either.  Thanksgiving did me in and now Christmas is fast approaching.  I am going to keep my current routine until after Christmas and then start on a new program to add some muscle.  I will also buckle down on the diet.  Also, had an injury which has slowed my progress down.  It is improving with some modified rehab.  Hope to get back in full swing in January.  I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  I hope to hear from some of you guys with comments or anything.

Just to update on my progress.  I have had a set back.  I have developed a annoying tendonitis in my left elbow.  It has slowed me down over the past several weeks.  I have iced it, used heat and now have stopped lifting to rest it up.  It has set me back about 3 weeks in my progress.  Hopefully I can get to where I need to get soon without re injuring it again
