Back From the Doc

March 26, 2007

I just got back from the Doc. I went because of my shoulder. It is feeling a bit better, not to much tho. He told me i pulled/tore a little my RC. Take 10 days off he also said. 10 days really isnt that much, i was planning on a month, so this is great! Hopfully im good to go after 10 days, I still need to get the the Chiropractor with my back…ill do that next.

It gets even worse…

March 23, 2007

If anyone has read my previous post, they would know that i injured my back pretty good a while ago, and am still waiting on it to heal. Today i hurt my shoulder bad…at the bottom of a heavy bench my right shoulder cracked and popped like crazy…ending my workout. Its very painful to move it in a side lateral position, but not painful to rotate. i think i just pulled my front delt/tendons. Im pretty sure its not an RC injury. Looks like its zero training for me until things heal up…what the hell am i gonna do with all my free time?

Injury Strikes

March 22, 2007

Well I was planning on cutting the first of march. I however injured my back and decided not to cut till I can train my entire body. As of now, I can only train my Chest, Shoulders and Arms. I feel that by holding off on the cut, i will be able to preserve more muscle and bring up my weak Chest and Shoulders. Even though I will not be cut for summer now, all will eventually workout.

I am really getting my bench up to. Shoulders have been doin ok and not giving me to much hassel.

About to cut

February 11, 2007

Well only about 3 more weeks of bulking. Im now 275.5lbs. A cut is very well needed. Trying to figure out a good cutting sack for under 150$ a month. Shoulder is healing up well, which means my presses are getting better.
