July 16, 2009HEY GUYS!
Most of you remember me as the "super sexy 16 year old" on bodyspace! lol but that was years ago, and when the economy struck down, rent and utility bills were more important then the gym bill, so my dad ended up canceling it. I was was pretty upset, but continued to train on the treadmill and those super "pro pushups." Of course… that didn’t last. I started eating my favorite foods
which of course are JUNKY! I started gaining A LOT of weight, and sometimes i caught myself and ran outside or on my treadmill, but i never stuck to my program. Food was an easy access, and treadmills are boring after the third day…
BUT!! NOW IM BACK ON TRACK!! I recently got hired at a gym, kid’s club and front desk, and with the job, I got a free membership! Today will be my first day back in a gym in TWO YEARS! I’ve gained 15 lbs, and I know that’s nothing, but when you were as fit and toned as I was… I feel embarassed about my tummy and how soft my arms have turned out to be.
WELL, I’ll be on bodyspace a lot more often now that I need it to keep my motivation up for lazy days! thanks for reading!
P.S. I’m now 18
