Just got back from the gym and I am a little hyped so I need some down time before I go to bed. The only problem is that it is 10.41 pm and I need to wake up at 5.30am and go to my part time job. It alright because I’ll go to work finish work and come home and get a nap wake up a few hours later and go work out. I used to think that I could get by with just a few hours of sleep a night and still improve in the gym. That might be true when I was younger but as I approach 40 years of age (next month) I realize how important rest is to the body.Since I work part time as a massage therapist I have become more tuned into what my body needs. I’ll post more about relaxation in the future but for now I will say to my brothers and sisters of the iron-take time to relax and get a much needed massage and you will see improvements in your body and your mood.God bless and take care.
