As of late I have been spending a lot of time @ a new club named Mountain Side Fitness. It is a great club and I enjoy working out there but it doesn’t mater where you workout at just so long as you workout and be true to yourself.Like Jullian says on the biggest loser "NO Excuses" workout and get to it.

Just got back from the gym and I am a little hyped so I need some down time before I go to bed. The only problem is that it is 10.41 pm and I need to wake up at 5.30am and go to my part time job. It alright because I’ll go to work finish work and come home and get a nap wake up a few hours later and go work out. I used to think that I could get by with just a few hours of sleep a night and still improve in the gym. That might be true when I was younger but as I approach 40 years of age (next month) I realize how important rest is to the body.Since I work part time as a massage therapist I have become more tuned into what my body needs. I’ll post more about relaxation in the future but for now I will say to my brothers and sisters of the iron-take time to relax and get a much needed massage and you will see improvements in your body and your mood.God bless and take care.
