The reason

The reason or should I say the main reason why I even began to weight lift is because of my dad. He was the one that taught me all that i know about weight lifting.  He taught me whats wrong and whats right. The best workouts and the worst. Though some lessons were cut short due to his death. Sadly i missed out on what he said was the best workout possible and what my dad said he meant. My Dad is the reason why i am still living today, for he saved my life. He was and always will be my hero and my dad.

I would like to end this blog with quote that means a lot to me

Falling is easy it’s getting back up that becomes the problem, If you don’t beleive you can find a way out then you become the problem.” ( staind, falling)

Robert, thank you for this very touching blog. I am so happy that you had the experience of such a close relationship with your Father. He is proud of you. That’s right. Many people fall, but the strong ones not only get back up time and time again, but they move FORWARD. Continue being that type of person.
    Stay strong my friend :)

Robert, you are an amazing young man and someone I can relate to very closely. My father died when I was 14 and the many unfinished lessons of life were sorely missed. But he taught me much and his voice was always there when I needed a little guidance to take the better path in life. He was definitely an inspiration for my pursuit of powerlifting and bodybuiliding success, and I have no doubt he would be proud of the man I became today. Hold those memories dear and use them to strengthen your resolve to be your best. You definitely have the right atitude and resolve to keep moving forward. Your father will be proud of you.
