School has been pretty tough the last couple weeks. Teachers overloading us with homework and test. Then I would come home and have a short amount of relaxing time before homework but finally the teachers are letting up with all the test and homework. Also today i strained my back so it really hurts to breath or walk but i’ll live through it.
quote of the day
"Learn from your mistakes and forget your losses"

The reason or should I say the main reason why I even began to weight lift is because of my dad. He was the one that taught me all that i know about weight lifting. He taught me whats wrong and whats right. The best workouts and the worst. Though some lessons were cut short due to his death. Sadly i missed out on what he said was the best workout possible and what my dad said he meant. My Dad is the reason why i am still living today, for he saved my life. He was and always will be my hero and my dad.

I would like to end this blog with quote that means a lot to me
“Falling is easy it’s getting back up that becomes the problem, If you don’t beleive you can find a way out then you become the problem.” ( staind, falling)

So yesterday i decided that i am going to clean out what used to be me and my dads weight room its a small room big enough for a bench and a couple dumbbells and some walking space. I haven’t used it ever since my dad passed because when we got all of his stuff from his apartment we didn’t have any where to put it so we put it in the weight room. So I cleaned the weight room out i had to deal with spiders lots of dust and the memories i had with my dad in there. It wasnt physically tough to clean it but mentally so hopefully now i can speed up my progress with my weight lifting because now i can do more excerises. Wish me luck

Today I was at my community pool talking to some people that are my age and they were talking about how badly they wanted to a smoke and that got me thinking what is going on with us teenagers these days smoking and doing drugs. I then came to a conclusion that working out has kept me away from those things. Weightlifting has got me out in of depression and it has kept me out of trouble if only more teenagers took up weightlifting maybe if more teenagers got into weightlifting this world might be a better place.
Please pardon my spelling i am only 15 and this is the first blog i have ever wrote i will get better at this over time
