Protein intake chart

This is not my meal plan. This is my protien intake betwen meals.

Morning (after breakfast) 62g

1 cup of oatmeal - 13g

3 hard boled eggs - 18g

Protein shake with milk -31g

noon (after lunch) 67g

3 hard boiled eggs - 18g

12 oz tuna - 26g

Protein shake with water - 23g

night (after dinner) 75g

3 hard boiled eggs -18g

12 oz tuna - 26g

protein shake with milk - 31g

204g of protein between meals
