After my first cycle of NO xplode i took a month off of it. i could tell a huge diffrence in not taking it Vs. taking it. I feel like i did not excel with out it for some reason. I’m on my second day back on it and it was a very intense work out the first day back on it. I’m not sure it i’m going to take a full month off of it after each Jug. I think i might just take 2 weeks off. I’m going to see how this works out after this jug. I would think 2 weeks i long enough to cycle off of NO xplode.
