-Abs trainning for 10 min

MEAL 1

50gr Korn Flakes, 3 eggs and one big chicken brest

MEAL 2
-------
1 Capsule Hidroxycut(Old version)

-1 hour later 20 min eliptical machine(Cardio workout)

MEAL 3
-------
100gr of lentils, 1 cup of brown rice, one big chicken brest and salad

MEAL 4
-------
50gr of Skim Milk

-An hour later 3 caps white blood + 1 cap Hidroxycut(Old version) + 1 Pak of Animal Pak

-1 hour later
-Working Out

MEAL 6
-------
200grs Egg Whites + 25 Oz. Watermelon + 10mg Vanadyl Sulfate

MEAL 7

One big chicken brest
