What? No progress?
Argh, Im really frustrated now. Seriously! I’ve set myself a goal of losing 4%bf by December. Achievable? Hell, I dont know, even if I’m close it would be cool. But today, after a month of going at it hard, eating right, pushing myself, I noticed that I have pretty much lost jack squat bf%.
This is ofcourse really disappointing. In fact, it ruined my whole day (yeah, that didnt go any great as well). So Ive got two months left, sortof not really sure what to do now.
