If you would listen to your gym buddies or even your gym trainer they all ‘know’ what they are talking about. In my many years pursuing the best body I could ever have, I have always depended on that sort of advice and on what I read in the magazines or health mags. I came across a book from Clarence Bass "Challenge Yourself" and his "Ripped" series of books. They are a true eye opener on the science behind the authors 2.4% body fat even at his age (70). I seriously recommend his books and you’ll get a different idea on what you’re doing in the gym….. training every day??? naaaaaaaahhh how about 1 day a week…. Cardio to burn fat???? naaaaaahhhh. I know, it’s amazing AND scientifically proven. I am impressed. What do you all think?

I think we need to share more what we do. I mean, I look at profiles on the first page of Bodyspace. I am picking amongst the most visited. Bulk and 6pack bodies, when I click on them, the profiles hardly explain anything how they get their. I am looking to learn from others, what are they eating, what’s their training principles… Nothing… it’s a bit dissapointing.

I am very pleased with my leg workout yesterday. Today I did arms (biceps/triceps/forearms). I train according to the Max OT program. (only 6 reps). Look at Jeff Willer. I bought his training dvds

…but the good thing is, i have been consistently working out for 5 days a week. I am liking the change that I see. I am still not doing any cardio. I have to try to build that in my schedule. I was planning a 15minute intense homework out (I have some dvd’s I bought from Beach Body, the p90 series, and I don’t think there is anything better cardio wise. This would help to get my bodyfat percentage down. Other than that, I am progressing nicely. Just weighed in at 207lbs at the gym. (from 180lbs 4 months ago.) I am always eating clean food, however recently I miss the discipline again to have these 6 meals a day and to drink at least a gallon of water….Why is this so hard to do?! I will take a picture tomorrow of myself, and would like to hear if you guys are noticing the change. I keep adding weight in the gym, I am loving it. Cheers and good night my fellow bodyworkers.

At least I think. I don’t really see the use of it. Entering all the workouts take time, and I already have them on paper anyway. I am saying this because first of all, going back to review the figures, it would only show me the one max rep for an exercise. That does not help me a lot. I would like to be able select exercises for my upcoming workout with previous numbers of weights I pushed and reps so I can keep better and better. Now I still have to find my old paper notes and see how much I pushed last week in these exercises. What do you all think? When I look around in the bodyspaces, I see also that no much people use the workout tracker. I think it’s cumbersome with no real benefit. Nice idea though.

I guess it’s now like two months back in the gym, and now I feel good at each exercise I am doing, I think from hereon I will max out on each one. When I go home to take a shower, I feel the muscles tight. Nice feeling. Have to get my diet going though, i am trying to do the 6 meal thing, sometimes not possible to do during my job. I have breakfast 6 egg whites), then eat 4 hours later (half a chicken) and then go to gym, have a protein shake and go home and eat chicken breast. Oh, and at around 4pm I have a handful of almonds. Is this bad or good? I think it ain’t that bad.

Hi guys, today I shaved my upper body. I notice that all males here in their profile pics have no hair. It’s kind of interesting, I do it once and a while. i am wondering how you guys are maintaining this. Do you shave your entire body like daily? Do you use a anti hair creme? And why are you doing it? (Looks better/feels better/to cool down?)
Thanks and see you tomorrow.

Hi Guys, I just received a new pack of Cytolean, 120 caps. and my dvd set of Jeff Willet’s Max Ot training videos and nutrition seminar. It was very interesting to watch the dvds. I will start to take the Cytolean from tomorrow on with the recommended daily doses and keep you posted how that is working out.

Hi guys, welcome to my blog. At the moment I really don’t have much to say. I am happy that I have this space at bodybuilding.com I just uploaded my profile pic as well, please go easy on me, I know I am not ripped and stacked, but I placed this picture to challenge myself, and also for all to see my progress. I am not a bodybuilder, but I would like to have a body like one. My favorite bodytype would be like David Rylah.
After some time, I started to go to the gym again for 3 days a week, mon-wed-fri in the evenings after work. All went well for 3 months, gained nice weight, was getting leaner. I was feeling really great and happy with my progress, until one day, I got dengue fever… This took the best of me, and I did not train for 2 months. I also loaded up on pizzas and hamburgers, and this is where I am now. I started 2 weeks ago to go to the gym and I am feeling happy again, there’s lots of work to do, but I am happy that I got started. I bought a bicycle for sundays to do a big outting, that’s nice, and I in the days I am not in the gym, I am doing Beachbody’s P90 cardio in my home for 30 minutes. This is my approach to get lean. In the gym, I am now following the MAXot principle. I really believe in the principle and as a matter of fact, I can already pull more weight in the first session than before. Amazing stuff. So, there you have it. I don’t expect to get a stardom fanbase here, (although it would be nice to get some encouragement from people). I am planning to update my page very often. Thank you for reading, and keep pushing PLAY.
