My Beginning in the School’s Weight Room

So, I’ve finally managed to get into my high-school’s weight room.. and I have not a clue on what I am doing. Although it is nice already being one of the biggest kids there… hehe… My first few days there, I’ve just constantly been running toward the dumb-bells then throw up a couple of stupid looking bicep curls, then I head to the barbells, grab one, load it with some decent weight, and then… sit there… forgetting how to do the workout I was supposed to do. I need some help, and there is nobody I can ask to help me in the area…

I always have to rely on writing out my workouts for tracking whatever I did the past weeks, but what I had in mind to lift that day. I get too focussed on the lifting part and forget the order or logic of it. All about havin’ a game plan!
