"I've reached the point where there are no gains. So now, I am learning to be content on just maintaining. Training solo has its downside. No motivator to make you go that extra mile so you give up. So as is, is the best, and the best, is as is."

1000 lbs on the Leg Press

So today I made my goal on the leg press. 1000 lbs on the leg press. That really made my day. I am so hype over this. This may seem like very light work for some bodybuilders, but for me this was a great feat. I am very proud of myself. Especially since I been training for a year last week and felt like I had no gains. But I did gain strength, and that strength is what will help me acheive more mass. So even though I was not happy after a year, I am happy for the strength I gained. But the 1000 lbs on leg press for me was priceless.
