903 Reps in 30 Minutes - Calisthenics
In case many were wondering how many reps I do within my 30 minute supersetting calisthenic routine. I did the math and to a suprise to myself, it came up to 903 reps.
Here is the breakdown. I usually do them in sets or sessions of 3 back to back 6x with 1 minute rest in between each 3 sets. Then I do the other 3 back to 6x as well. This is what I do in total.
Wide Grip Pullups - 6 x 10 = 60
Pushups 6 x 50 = 300
Reverse Pullups 6 x 18 = 108
Dips 6 x 25 = 150
Chinups 6 x 10 = 60
Reverse Dips 6 x 25 = 150
Then 75 Pushups = 75
Total = 903 Reps
This is what I now do in combination with my weight training. I know it seems intense, but it is what is working me and getting me into shape. I also will be incorporating handstand pushups soon. Somehow i will round it out to 1000 reps in 30 minutes. Hey I will make a movie and name it "1000 - The Non Spartan Movie". - lol . So check out my personal videos at: http://www.youtube.com/user/ericito162
Stay tuned Eric
