This is Wednesday. Some people call it hump day. I call it "Hades" day. On this day and every Wednesday is my Calistenic day. That means that no weights will be administered at any time. This workout consists of 6 different excercises, 2 at a time simutaneously with 1 minute in between. I guess that would be called "Calistenic Supersetting" or Good Old Brooklyn NY "Ghetto Workout". I like the later.

This will consist of 10 pullups and then 25-50 pushups. Rest 1 minute. Perfom 5  Sets.

Next are 10 chinups and then 10-15 Dips. 5 sets

Next lay on the floor with bar above and do wide pullups and then reverse dips on a bench. 5 sets.

This will pump you up for the rest of the day. You probably will get a headache, it will go away. For me it meant success. Then work on abs or any other neglected parts, like legs.

This is a good middle of the week or a daily routine that will give definite results in a few weeks and lasting results for years.

Been supersetting for a month. Every weekday from 12:15 -12:45. I have found better results then going at 6:00 am - 7:30 am. I have gained strength and began to cut/grow. This is good for me. I have been taking Nitro-Tech but once daily after my workout. This is working for me. Everyone is different. I will see how the next month goes.
I will try to add daily. Pics will come soon.

On Friday 4/2, I started sprinting. 1 mile. Mailbox to mailbox. Sprint 2, walk to the next. Totals up to 1 mile of intense excercise. Really heats up the body and boosts the metabolism. Then I did my lunch workout. All supersets. Shoulders and Back. Awesome.

Today 4/7, I did my morning 1 mile sprint. Still sore from Friday. Tried to play basketball on Saturday, but didnt get picked. My choice, I play like crap. UNC Bummer. That was crap.

Did my 30 minute superset. Chest and Arms, Felt good after the weekend off. Let see what tomorrows Shoulders and Back is going to do for me.
Still bummed out over UNC. That contributed to my super intense workout today. No wonder I’m so pumped up. Oh well, next year.

Tuesday 4/8/08 - Did my superset on shoulders and back on Tuesday. I finished early and got some legs involved.

Today is Wednesday "Hades Day". Calistenics.
I think I will stop using Creatine. It causes you body to maintain water, which is not good for Hypertension. By maintaining water you blow up the muscles. I like my cuts showing. They make you look strong even when you are small. So Creatine is going on the shelf for the next month or permenantly.
    Que sera, sera?
