Reaching goals
So 8 months ago I started lifting weights again, and when I started I couldn’t even bench 140 Lbs. I set a goal to bench over 300 by new years, and tonight i did 2 sets of 5 reps @ 305 Lbs. Moral of this story (if you dream it you can achieve it)

That’s amazing. Back if February I could bench my body weight at 230lbs. As I lost the weight I lost my bench and can’t get it back. I now bench 185lbs 2 sets of 6 reps. I really wish I could get my bench back to 230lbs plus some.
