I’m trying to focus more on my pec by working with dumbell for chest workout and now after a test on light weight know where it focus the more.
Flat dumbell press 3×10
Incline dumbell press 3×10
Flat dumbell flys 3×10
Weight dips chest version 3×8
Dumbell pullovers 3×12
I’ve made a mistake last time when i’ve updated my body weight is was 75kg instead of 75 pound, and it was today that a friend told me about that. thanks to him

Today was my 1st training day for 2008 and for the first month i will work with only light weight and keep doing some cardio works
Yesterday i was given a very bad reputation by someone when i post about X.Box 360 and Playstation 3 and i hope the resaon is justify.
