Chest and biceps

Today’s workout was chest on biceps i have to work hard on my chest cose it’s my weak bodypart.

Incline dumbbell press

Incline dumbbell flys

Flat dumbbell press

Dumbbell pullover

Barbell curl

Incline dumbell curl

Preacher curl

Concentration curl
