Today i’ve been training my legs, i will have to work on definition only cose i don’t have so much but i have gain some mass at the hamstring and my calves are getting bigger and freaky.
My supplement is nearly out of stock and i will have to order soon. This time i will order only protein cose it is the most important supplement for bodybuilder’s.
Today i went to the gym just to make some abdo work and calves and this was very hard doing leg raises,crunches,sit up etc. I’m trying to make my six pack abdo appear more clearly and sharply
I woke up at 5.30 am today and drink a glass of water and pull out my mini stepper and start stepping for 20 mins i started to sweat and sweat and step again for 10 mins feel the fat burning from my body. that’s was good and hard
