Discipline!
While out here in the desert I’ve found that my passion for fitness has grown enormously! But I do have my days where I just don’t feel like working out. Take yesterday for instance. I got off work and had a B-Ball game I had to play in. After the game I stayed and watched others play. I knew I had to work out but I just didn’t feel like it. Lately I’ve been taking my Rest days whenever I feel like as long as I work out at least 5 days a week. I feel that’s wrong though. I told myself I would be disciplined with my workouts when I got here and so I shall! I got back to my room and jumped in bed only to get angry after laying restless. I got re-dressed and hit the weights and abs for a very good 1 and 1/2 hr workout! Needless to say I’m sore this morning and loving every second of it! If any of ya’ll ever get down on yourselves and say that you’ll just workout the next day instead, look at the big picture and focus on the prize! It’ll pay off in the end!

I read that and was like thats so true. Plus, seeing things at a wider view is way more rewarding and motivating, than narrowing it down to that hour of work you have to accomplish; really pushing you farther to get your ass moving. Sometimes we just need to kick ourselves in the ass to get moving too.
