My Promise and My plea for help

Soooooo, I’m here in the good ol’ hot desert on the other side of the world, and what better way to pass the time then to WORKOUT!!!  I can honestly say that I found my passion for lifting again after a 3month funk.  I know I’m making progress but I’m so inpatient sometimes!  Oh well.  So here’s my promise.  I’ve never really done abs on a consistent basis, but while I’m here I promise to do them 5x a week or more!  I promise that I will try to add 5lbs of solid muscle by the end of my deployment!  I promise to focus more everyday and push myself far beyond my threshhold!……… But I can’t do it alone.  I need help….  I have searched and searched for a credible trainer.  I have never had one so I don’t know where to even start.  I would love to get in touch with someone who has respectable credentials.  Of course I would have to hire this person when I get back from deployment, but it would really help me out to know that I have someone working with me to better myself.  If anyone knows of a great trainer please let me know and as always, lift hard, smart, and BREAK BOUNDARIES!!!!

Getting a trainer never can hurt. If nothing else, they keep someone motivated even on the days where one does not have even the desire to get to the gym. And consistency is really important. Good luck on finding a good trainer.

Motivation is definitely the key into getting where you want. How much you have of it depends on how far you’ll get. Trainers definitely keep it going. Two heads are better than one =). If I run into a trainer in your area, I’ll hit you up. Be safe and kick ass bro.

You have got soooo much potential from what I can see. And grat genitics.
I too did not have a trainer for a few years and it was like I was floping around at the gym not really shure what to do or some times how to do it.
I was introduced to Kevin and Denise James they are pro athleats and Promoters of body building and figure; they love the sport and are amazing people.
look them up. www.unitedfitness.org they are also the ones that showed me how to eat clean all year round. so that you are not doing the yo yo eating and not eating thing. so much easer.
Any way take care and keep up the great work
