Traps!
I’ve gotten a lot of questions on what I do for my traps. Its very simple. I do Barbell Shrugs. 5sets of 8-15reps no matter the weight! I always hold the peak contraction for a good 3 seconds then release nice and slow. Any other workout I get on traps is just secondary by doing lateral delts and others. do you use the smith machine, a regular BB or Dumbbells when doing shrugs?
