I just wanted to say how amazing I think the people are on this sight. From questions I’ve asked and answered to the advice I get! I haven’t been on this site that long but it really is great to be able to talk to so many positive people when you’re having a crappy day… So once again I just want to say thanks to everybody that I talk to for putting a smil on my face!!!!

Sean, I feel the same way about BB. com it is great to have people that are willing to give advice and are inspiration for us on our journey. By the way congratulation on number 1 profile.

Your welcome. You are the only one that can chose how your day is going to be…a good one or a crappy one. Dont let people affect your mood. They are either jealous, envious, feel intimidated, feel insecured or just dont have anything better to do than imposing negative force to others. Dont let them. Smile and get some natural Vit D. (-:

You definitely deserve the comments you get… You’ve got a great physique for sure. You’re definitely one of the few people thus far to consistently leave comments back. It’s good to know there are people on here willing to help someone get to their goals. Keep up the great work!
