Playing tennis…
Thursday, May 14th, 2009I have been playing tennis for the last week instead of doing my normal jog and my calorie burn is great (according to my monito) but I am starting to question it. When I run for 25 minutes I burn 400 calories and have a great sweat I am playing tennis for about an hour and burning 600 calories but I don’t feel as burnt as I do when I run. I feel like I am slacking…is that normal?
Tonight is my skating night I generally skate for about an hour and a half and burn about 1000 calories but again I don’t have the tightening feeling that I do when I run. Am I just looking to much into this?
Also, I was following a macro of about 50 protein, 32 carbs and 18 fat at about 2000 calories but for the last few days I have been doing about 46 to 50 carbs 32 protein and 20 and under fat…still around the same in calories 1800 to 2200 but I feel like I am slacking…is this just a hump to get over and I need to stop worrying myself about. Having a few higher carb days is not going to put the weight back on me right…
This is so frustrating…
