					<description>make sure you eating the natural penut butter. you need good fats too. smuckers i like. and milk. if your bulking milk and pb will get you real big. throw some spinach leaves on your eggs when you cook them. eating rice instead of oats is ok, or sweet potatoes. it doesnt matter if its for breakfast you know. sometimes i eat steak for bfast and eggs before bed.</description>
